Jeannie GardnerGlobal Process Lead, Shell Oil ProductsJeannie a Global Process Lead in Shell's Supply Chain Optimization Group. Jeannie has worked in the oil and gas industry for 16 years. She started her career at UOP, travelling around the world starting up UOP licensed process units. She then joined one of the countries Big 5 consulting companies, Accenture. As a Manager in Accenture’s Energy practice, she worked on various projects focused on procurement and improving the supply chain. Jeannie is committed to the community. She has served on the Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) and is currently on the BBBS Advisory Board. She has served as President of the Society of Women Engineers Houston Area Section, VP of Career Guidance of the Society of Women Engineers Houston Area Section, and served as President of the National Organization of Black Chemists and Chemical Engineers. Cynthia RoneyCynthia serves as Manager of Regulatory Affairs at Enbridge Energy Partners, L.P. for its seven interstate natural gas pipeline systems located in the Gulf of Mexico, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Tennessee. In this role, she directs compliance related to facility construction, as well as other rate and tariff matters before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). Prior to Enbridge, she performed similar duties for the El Paso Corporation. With over 20 years experience in the industry, her background includes positions in gas supply, strategic planning, and project management. She played an active role in several large asset mergers and acquisitions, including the divestiture of the Energy unit from Tenneco Inc. She has helped plan the Young Women Energized Program for the past 3 years and is proud to have seen its attendance almost double during that short time. Ann BanksChief Financial Officer APO OffshoreAnn E. Banks is Chief Financial Officer for APO Offshore launching a new product in the digital oilfield space where she brings 25 years of broad experience in business development, marketing, treasury operations and accounting within startup and turnaround businesses. Prior to joining APO Offshore, Ms. Banks was Senior VP Business Development & Finance at Sindicatum Carbon Capital a private equity start-up pursuing greenhouse gas reduction and renewable energy project. During her nine years with Calpine Ms. Banks served in many roles with her greatest success being the successful development of two gas fired combines cycle power plants totaling $845 MM in capital expenditures. While at Koch Industries, Ms. Banks also led an asset acquisition team. Ms. Banks began her career at Amoco and during her 13 years she served in many accounting, treasury, management, strategic planning and development roles as she moved from the oil & gas industry to power generation. Her international business development experience includes Argentina, Brazil, China, Romania and Venezuela. Ms. Banks holds a MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting and is a CPA. Kimberly WilsonVice President, Maxwell DrummondKimberly Wilson is a Vice President with Maxwell Drummond. An executive search professional since 1997, Kimberly has focused in the industrial industries, with a strong focus in energy. Her global search background has focused on executive-level positions, functional management positions and experienced professional technical positions in several industries. Prior to joining Maxwell Drummond, Kimberly worked with Heidrick & Struggles where she focused on chemicals and energy. She has held other executive search positions with Korn/Ferry Futurestep and DHR International and worked as a generalist in many industries and functions. Kimberly also ran the search function as the Director of Search and Execution for Eclipse Group, which was a small executive search start up focused on supply chain. For eight years prior to search Kimberly held several Operations Management positions in retail and assisted a major retailer to enter in the Chicago market. Kimberly is a member of the Greater Houston Partnership-Emerging Women’s Leadership Group. In addition, she has enjoyed serving the community through her volunteer work as a Girl Scout Leader for the last nine years. She has worked with companies in various areas of energy, including gas gathering and processing, E&P, mining, and regulated utilities. Prior to joining Deloitte, Janet spent 10 years at UnitedHealthcare in Strategic Development, where she lead numerous post-merger integration efforts. Esther AngellMarketing Supervisor, Enventure Global TechnologyEsther Angell is the marketing supervisor for Enventure Global Technology overseeing all branding and marketing initiatives for the international corporation. Esther has been with Enventure since 2006, prior to which she was in non-profit marketing overseeing a multitude of youth and community programs. Her experience in online marketing was indispensable in the successful re-launch of Enventure’s brand and website in January of 2009. Logica provides business consulting, systems integration, and IT and business process outsourcing services. Joan received her BA in International Business from the University of Wisconsin and specialized in Strategic Sales Management at the University of Chicago. Her former experience includes serving in roles as Director of Practice Growth, Director of Business Development, Director of Practice Development, Strategic Sales Director, Vice President of Sales and Marketing as well as Regional Director of Sales and Operations where she was responsible for leading the organizations efforts in new business development, strategic planning, marketing initiatives, collaborative relationship development and client relations. Christine currently serves on the Board of Women Energy Network, Association for Accounting Marketing, Community Health Charities of Texas and serves in the Greater Houston Partnership Emerging Women Leaders Group and Committee. Deborah received a B.A. degree from Southern Nazarene University and a J.D. degree from the University of Oklahoma. Michelle BramblettSupervisor Natural Gas Control Risk Group, Enbridge Energy PartnersMichelle Bramblett is a Supervisor in the natural gas Risk Control group at Enbridge Energy Partners with over 12 years of experience in the energy industry. Prior to joining Enbridge, Michelle was a trading analyst at KN Energy and held various front and mid office positions at ConocoPhillips. She received a B.A. from Rice University in Managerial Studies and an M.B.A. with a Finance concentration from Houston Baptist University. Michelle actively volunteers with several organizations in Houston. She is on the steering committee of the Houston Downtown Alliance’s Emerging Leaders, a current Board member of Friends of BARC and is a volunteer coordinator and trainer at BARC, the city of Houston animal shelter. | Special Events and Networking Director (Two-Year Term)
Lori McDowellPipeline Business Manager, Praxair, IncLori McDowell is currently a Pipeline Business Manager at Praxair, Inc., where she has worked for the past four years. She is responsible for the supply of pipeline hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen and CO to a number of large refineries and chemical plants in the Gulf Coast. Prior to joining Praxair she worked at WR Grace for the past twelve years, first in catalyst evaluation research and development and later as a sales and technical service account manager in Refining Catalysts.
Lori received a BS in chemical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania in 1985, an MS in environmental engineering from CalTech in 1988 and a PhD in chemical engineering from the University of Delaware in 1992. Prior to attending graduate school, Lori worked for Roy F. Weston, Inc., as an environmental consultant. In addition to serving on the WEN Board, Lori is also active in AIChE as a member of the Chemical Technology Operating Council and the Executive Programming Board and is the Communications Director of the Fuels and Petrochemicals Division of AIChE. Lori lives in Atascocita with her husband and five year old son. | 
Director at LargeChaitali DaveSenior Proposal Manager, Foster Wheeler USAChaitali has over 10 years of experience in the oil & gas industries. She began her career as an environmental engineer for O’Brien & Gere where she worked as an environmental compliance consultant. In 2000, she moved to Houston to join KBR as senior environmental engineer. Over the next 7 years, Chaitali held multiple roles within KBR including environmental engineering, proposals, business development and business development risk oversight. In 2007, she moved to NATCO to project manage the relocation of the company’s R&D center from Tulsa to Houston which included construction of a brand new R&D center. She also managed one of their technology product portfolios and assisted with integration of recent acquisitions. Recently, she joined Foster Wheeler as a senior proposal manager. Kimberly Randolf P.E. PMPProject Manager, BP Alternative EnergyKimberly is a licensed mechanical engineer and project manager with over 14 years of combined experience in the petrochemical, natural gas industries and power industries. Kimberly is apart of BP’s newly assembled Alternative Energy business unit that combines all of BPs interests in low and zero-carbon power generation: wind, solar, hydrogen power projects and gas-fired power generation. Kimberly is responsible for supporting the engineering design and construction of projects that reflect BP’s commitment to renewable energy. Kimberly is an active member of the greater Houston area Xi Alpha Omega graduate chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and also co-chair of the 2006 & 2007 Young Women Energized program. She is an engineering graduate of the University of Houston and a MBA graduate of the University of Texas. |
